Hey, I’m Kala - photographer, two-time twin mom (yes, you read that right...two sets of twins), homeschool teacher, nonprofit founder and occasional referee ini my own living room.

Life threw me into the NICU world when my boys had a rough start, and that experience inspired me to create a nonprofit for NICU families. It also gave me a whole new appreciation for capturing memories, because I know how fast things can change.

When I’m not chasing kids or holding a camera, you can usually find me at the gym trying to lift something heavy at 5am, in the garden pretending I’m a farmer or sewing up a new project. I love puzzles (the more impossible, the better) and muscle cars (because why not balance twirly dresses with a little horsepower?)
